The Empire Restaurant is conveniently located on the top floor of the five-star Premier Palace Hotel. The Sumosan restaurant is an exquisite Japanese kitchen – previously available only in Moscow and London, but now offered at the Premier Palace Hotel. There guests are offered both traditional dishes of Japanese cuisine and new customized dishes by the head chef.

The hotel offers excellent conditions for holding business events - depending on the size and type of your event, you may select any of three conference facilities: the Sofiyivskiy Grand Hall, Mykhaylivskiy Room or Volodymyrskiy Room.
Unique in its characteristics, the Sofiyivskiy Grand Hall has capacity for around 350 guests depending on the seating arrangement and is equipped with a simultaneous translation system, a very large plasma screen for video presentations, a multimedia projector, and a conference system for holding events of any scale or level. The stage, catwalk, the possibility of showing films and video clips on a large screen, state-of-the-art audio and video equipment and a lighting system are all here to help make a success of your business event, large reception or even a fashion show.
In addition, various configurations of the Sofiyivskiy Grand Hall are possible. It may be divided into 2 to 4 halls that can serve as separate multi-functional rooms. Enjoy a traditional Ukrainian dinner in the Empire restaurant or Sophyiyvskiy ballroom, accompanied by local music and dancing. The hotel can also arrange lunchboxes for picnics in the Pyrogovo open-air museum, where guests can view peasant homes and enjoy folk music concerts.
The hotel’s travel bureau and concierge are on-hand to arrange tours of Kyiv’s landmarks. St Sophia Cathedral, dating from 11th Century, is the city’s pride, featuring ancient Christian frescoes and dominated by a magnificent mosaic, known as the ‘eternal wall of Kyiv.’
The beautiful St. Andrew’s church was built in the 18th Century and dominates the Podil area, home to an impressive souvenir market.
Another landmark in the area is the Kyiv Cave Monastery, dating from 1051. The monastery is a ‘city within a city’ – with squares, cathedrals, bell towers and artifacts on display, and is not to be missed. The monastery runs a number of museums, including the Golden Treasury Museum and the Micro-Miniatures Museum.
